Cancellation fee

The of 25% of the package deposit will be reimbursed if you cancel your reservation:
*7 days before your arrival date
*14 days prior for group of rooms or nights reservations
The total balance is due upon arrival or for same day cancellations.
No refund is allotted for late arrivals or early departures.
Please be sure to inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
The 25% deposit is non refundable when regarding cancellation of the reservation of all of our rooms. 
Note: Packages including show ticket can not be cancelled.
