Our Chef Alain
Three years already working at the restaurant of the inn. Alain always cooked for his women at home and it was like eating at the restaurant every day. When we bought the inn, he became interested in what our chef was cooking and he often helped. When he lost his job as a plumber, (yes yes a plumber) he decided to take on the kitchen. He is taking classes at ITHQ and our friends have helped us a lot in this adventure. Alain offers you an evolutive menu that changes with the seasons and we use products from the region. Enjoy your meal!
Audrey the bar master
Audrey studied at ITHQ in Hotel Management but cocktails have crossed her life course. Her challenge is to create new cocktails for each season with regional products. Her goal is to offer you a warm, energetic and passionate service. At 24 she is now at the head of the restaurant and mom of Zoe. Don't hesitate to make her practice!
